SATAeSATA finished product line testing system

SATA stands for Serial ATA (Serial Advanced Technology Attachment). It is a computer bus mainly used for data transmission between the motherboard and mass storage devices such as hard drives and optical drives. eSATA is short for External Serial ATA, an extension specification of Serial ATA 1.0a designed for external drives. Sentec Electronics has designed a fast and simple test system for SATA (eSATA) Cables. The system includes compliant measurement fixtures and test software. This system integrates RFC SATA (eSATA) software with a Network Analyzer (NA) and Time Domain Reflectometer (TDR) for fast and accurate measurement of various parameters (characteristic impedance, attenuation, crosstalk, etc.) of SATA (eSATA) Cables. This allows R&D and QA departments to achieve real-time detection/judgment/correction, improving product yield, shortening product development time, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction with quality.
